- To detect the presence of Morton’s Neuroma
How to perform the "Mortons Neuroma Test"?
- Patient is seated or lying supine
- Compress the foot by applying pressure to the medial and lateral aspects of the foot at the metatarsophalangel joints
What is the positive result?
- POSITIVE TEST:
- Sharp pain at the location of the neuroma.
- Pain is worsend by activity.
